The Bartlett for Lease in the Historic Core
The A.G. Bartlett Building, built in 1911 was designed by local reknowned designers Parkinson & Bergstrom (The Rowan). When erected back in 1911, The Bartlett was the tallest building in the city! Also called the Union Oil building, in 2002 the office building was converted to 139 lofts featuring polished concrete floors, brick barrelled ceilings (select units) and huge open air terraces (select units). The Beaux Arts design, popular in the Downtown area certainly turned heads on the corner of 7th & Spring streets! Built under the Adaptive Reuse program, in 2016 the building finally is anticipating the approval of the Mills Act.
