The A.G.Bartlett Building was built in 1911 by local designers Parkinson & Bergstrom who among other buildings are credited with the design of The Rowan. When built was the tallest building downtown. It's Beaux Arts design was a familar look to the area. Renovated in 2002 with 139 lofts featuring polished concrete floors, brick barrelled ceilings and open air terrace/patio (select units).
