Beacon Lofts Background/History

The 67,000sf concrete edifice was first a Bekins storage facility in 1923 and later a jewelry warehouse. In 2012 the property went through a complete resedential renovation led by Peklar Pilavjian and the Alameda & Fourth LLC developers.
