Beacon Lofts Background/History
Beacon Lofts originated back in 1923 and soon the 67,000sf concrete edifice became a Bekins storage facility and later a jewelry warehouse. In 2012 the property went through a complete resedential renovation led by Peklar Pilavjian and the Alameda & Fourth LLC developers.
