The Bartlett (Background/History)
The 1911 A.G Bartlett building was designed by downtown architects John Parkinson & Edwin Bergstrom as an office building. This heavyweight team is credited with City Hall, Pacific Stock Exchange,The Alexandria Hotel and The Rowan (among many others). The 14 story Beaux Arts ediface proudly stands on the NW corner of 7th & Spring Streets in the Historic Core just east of the Jewerly District. In 2002 in accordance with the Adaptive Reuse Ordanance the building was re-imagined into 139 lofts.
