Toy Factoy Lofts Background/History
The Toy Factory was originally constructed back in 1924 for the Star truck warehouse company by Western Land Improvement Co, the land division of the Sante Fe Railroad. In 1974 the building was purchased by Ace Novelty for the use of their Toy Factory, hence it's name to this date. In 2002 powerhouse developer Linear City LLC (Biscuit Company) purchased the building and in 2006 along with downtown architect Donald Barany (Biscuit Company) re-designed the property to feature 119 impressive warehouse styled lofts.
